• Customers change their shipping address, swap a size or colour, change quantities, add or remove items, or cancel with a refund.
• Edit window from 1 minute to 30 days, closing as soon as fulfilment starts.
• Automatic refunds of a lower total; invoices for a higher total, with the order held until it's paid and released automatically.
• The Edit order button for new customer accounts, and an email link for stores on legacy customer accounts.
• Buyer-requested edits made through Shopify approved by your rules.
• Edit log with before and after, and a count of support tickets saved.
• Pro and Scale: edit rules and exclusions, an upsell with an optional discount, and alerts for cancellations and large edits.
